WAVE allows for reaching up to several million people with the information message thanks to the ability to display specific content through a distributed network of LCD and LED screens and projectors.

Jarosław Leśniewski – the President of the Board

He graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. He has several years of experience in the realisation and implementation of new technologies and tools in the construction of information systems. He associated his professional career with WA-PRO Sp. z o.o., where he took the position of the Vice President of the Management Board. He managed i.a. the project of building a line of systems for DOS and Windows (WF-Mag, WF-Gang). He managed the undertaking of introducing mobile sales systems under the name WA-PRO Mobile.
He also carried out a project of implementing fixed assets management system for the Military University of Technology.
He is the President of the Management Board of M4B S.A. since the beginning of the existence of the Company.

Piotr Toński – Vice President of the Management Board

He has many years of experience in managerial positions. He was the President of such companies as Terminus sp. z o.o., Exante sp. z o.o. and Activ8 sp. z o.o.
He specialises in the implementation of complex IT projects, creating application solutions and constructing technical solutions.

He is the Vice President of the Management Board of M4B S.A. since the beginning of the existence of the Company.

Paweł Perz – Vice President of the Management Board

He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology with the specialisation in telecommunications. He has several years of managerial experience in the IT industry, with well-established knowledge in the field of sales management in the field of software solutions for the B2B sector. He held managerial functions i.a. at HS Partner Sp. z o.o., HS Partner Pro-Test S.A., LSI Software S.A.

He is the Vice President of the Management Board of M4B S.A. since September 2016.

The Supervisory Board

dr Adam Wiśniewski – Chairman of the Supervisory Board

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Company Law at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2009, he received his PhD in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

He gained professional experience in Służewiec – Tory Wyścigów Konnych sp. z o.o. as a legal advisor and head of the Organisational and Technical Department at the Office of the Management Board. He was the main legal specialist in the Office of the Management Board of Nafta Polska S.A. He also co-operated with “Plantpress” sp. z o.o. as the chairman of the Supervisory Board. Since 2006 associated with PROFESSIO Kancelaria Prawnicza Kamiński sp. k.
He educates students of the Wszechnica Polska University in Warsaw in the field of civil and commercial law.

He specialises in civil, commercial and gambling law. He has a professional certificate of the Minister of Finance and a license of a horse racing judge.
He is the chairman of the Supervisory Board of M4B S.A. since 2007.

Katarzyna Borkowska – Member of the Supervisory Board

Education:

Ms. Katarzyna Borkowska has a university degree in law. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. She is a graduate of post-graduate studies in Accounting and Financial Auditing at the University of Warsaw.

Since November 2011, Ms. Katarzyna Borkowska holds an Alternative Trading System Adviser Certificate.

Wojciech Kowalczyk – Member of the Supervisory Board

Zbigniew Markowski – Member of the Supervisory Board

Entrepreneur, university teacher.
In 1969 he graduated from the V High School of Gdańsk-Oliwa.
In 1973 he graduated from the Foreign Trade Department at the University of Gdańsk and started working at the Foreign Trade Central CENTROMOR SA in Gdańsk as a specialist.
In 1986, he received his PhD in economics at the Institute of Political Economy of the University of Gdańsk.
In 1974–1979 he worked as an assistant and then a senior assistant at the Institute of Political Economy of the University of Gdańsk.
In 1988, after returning from the AISEC scholarship in Denmark (at Rex-Rotary A/S), he started working as an Economic Adviser to the Gdańsk Voivod (Prof. Jerzy Kołodziejski) and co-created i.a. development plans of the Gdańsk Voivodeship and development projects in the economic sphere.
In 1990-1992, as Vice President and then President of the Management Board of Baltic-Brokers SA, he also took part in the creation of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Then he became the President of the Management Board of the consulting company O.M. Investment Sp. z o.o., actively operating on the financial market in Poland, in particular on the capital market. The company i.a. coordinated and advised many Polish entities that made their shares public on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Centrostal SA, GPRD SA, Hydrobudowa SA, POLNORD SA, KOMPAP SA and other companies should be mentioned here.
In addition, O.M. Investment was active on the M&A market, leading to the acquisition of Bank Komunalny SA in Gdynia by Merita Bank AS from Sweden, or POLPHARMA SA by Konsorcjum Spectra Sp. z o.o. and PROKOM Investments SA.
In 1993 he became the Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Privatisation and the Minister of International Co-operation for the Privatisation of Foreign Trade Centrals. During this period, he led to privatisation by the Warsaw Stock Exchange i.a. Stalexport SA and Rolimpex SA.
In 1982–1991 he worked at the Institute of Political Economy of the University of Gdańsk, including as the Head of the Department of Socioeconomics.
In 1993 he was appointed Commercial Advisor of the Republic of Poland in Stockholm.
In 1998–2002 he was Vice President of PROKOM Investments SA (mother company of the PROKOM group), responsible i.a. for investments and supervision of acquired companies from the financial and pharmaceutical sectors.
Since 2006 until now (with a break in 2016) he has been the President of the Management Board, O.M. Finance Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk (consulting company specialising in advising on the financial and investment market).
In addition, in 2010–2013 he was the President of the Management Board of Inveno Sp. z o.o. (local government VC/PE fund in creation).
In 1993–2017 he was a member of several dozen public companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, e.g. Stalexport SA, GPRD SA, II NFI SA, KOMPAP SA, Warta SA, CIECH SA, M4B SA (quotations on NewConnect) ROBYG SA. In the Supervisory Boards of CIECH SA and ROBYG SA, he was also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. In addition, he was a member of Supervisory Boards of other companies from the financial market, e.g. BDM SA (brokerage house, Vice Chairman), PTE DOM SA (Investment Committee), Bank Pocztowy SA (Vice Chairman), Pomorski Regionalny Fundusz Poręczeń Kredytowych Sp. z o.o. (Vice Chairman).
Member of the Gdańsk Business Club Council, Theatrum Gedanense Foundation in Gdańsk and the University of Gdańsk Foundation. He lectures at MBA courses at the Gdańsk School of Banking

Grzegorz Truchel – Member of the Supervisory Board

He graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, postgraduate studies in insurance at the Academy of Finances in Warsaw (formerly University of Insurance and Banking) and the Academy of Technology Commercialisation – a dedicated course for the PGE Capital Group. In 1998-2000 he worked in the Information Centre of the General Staff of the Polish Army and also carried out projects for ComputerLand (currently Sygnity) and the Scientific Research Committee (currently NCBiR). From 1999 to 2013 he worked for PZU Życie SA, where he dealt with the development and implementation of IT systems and then managed insurance operations. In 2013–2017 he worked at PGE S.A., where he led a strategic project of implementing a new operating model in the PGE Capital Group and also dealt with projects in the area of development and innovation. Since October 2017 he has been employed at PZU Zdrowie SA, where he is responsible for the management of medical services and customer service.
