MAINTENANCE SERVICES (SLA)



We offer support and maintenance service for solutions provided throughout Europe.

We service installations and equipment. We provide remote and on-site services.

We also offer extension of warranty service in the SLA model – for example, repairs carried out next business day or earlier and replacement equipment.

As a standard, we offer four service packages: ECO, BASIC, PROFESSIONAL and PREMIUM, which differ in the range of services provided and response times. We are flexible – if you have specific service requirements, you will definitely find them in our offer.
